Can yorkies go up stairs pretty easily and is it dangerouse for a 3 month old? Thanks!

Unless the stairs are unusually steep or odd shaped, if your dog is comfortable going up and down it's fine, it won't hurt anything. My pup took a spill once when he was learning to go up and down and ever since then he's fine.
any dog can go upstairs and down staries. that sould be a fine age
It depends on the stair. My 4 months still can, because the height between eash of the stairs . If she can easily do it herself. should be OK. My sister's Pom goes up and down everyday.
