Earn 拢8 by the weekend?

I need to earn 拢8 for my puppy that im buying. any ideas??
Answers:
Clean out the couch. You never know how much change could be in there. More places: ashtray of parents' car, drawers in your room, and/or parents room, and HARD LABOR! lol. Good luck, with the cash and the puppy. YAY!
ebay or hustle someone into lending you money
do some chores for mommy...
wash cars. mow lawns
thats that like, 11 american dollars?
Steal it out of your mums purse..just kidding!
sell somthing in the newspaper or ebay
just borrow it off someone with promise of returning it someday just don give an exact day
lol, thats not a lot. Go around looking under your couch, on the street. Im sure your parents can give you that though... it's really nothing. Prostitution always works too.
Dog walking, that way you earn the money and have a little more doggy experience.
If you don't have enough money to buy a puppy, how are you going to afford to FEED and take care of this puppy?
sell some of your stuff or make some kind of lemonade stand
ask ur neighbours if they need chores done, or pester another relative or even ask for a 拢10 loan from a mate
Whats going on?
do jobs for your mum or dad! nan and grandad! take a loan off a mate lol! best way
Awww, what kind of puppy are you getting? Ask one of ur mates if you can borrow it or a family member and promise to pay them back by..whenever??!
Offer to wash the neighbours cars?
go dog walking and take peoples dogs a walk, or you can ask your mum if you can do chores around the house and she will pay you for it.
You could babysit or something
make a deal with your parents. tell them you really need to make 拢8 and you will do anything. use flattery! such as 'mum, you work so hard and you deserve a night off, if i cook tea, wash the pots, clean the windows, bathroom, vacuum, (if you've got younger brothers n sisters offer to put em to bed) and any other jobs around the house could i have 拢8? suggest some of the grungey jobs she might not like doing like tidy the shed where all the spiders are. etc
do a boot sale at the weekend, surely someone will lend you 拢8 pound.
Did you ask permission from your parent(s) to have a puppy?
If you didn't you must. Why? Well, who's going to take care of the dog when you're in school? Who's going to help feed it and walk it?
Remember owning a Dog is a great responsibility - and a very serious responsibility.
You're going to be responsible for this dog's life.
This dog that's going to be completely devoted to you - who's going to trust you to take care of it - to provide it with shelter, with food, with caring for its health.
==============================...
So, let's talk about Shelter.
Where is the dog going to be during the day?
To have an outside dog - you know that's not really fair to the dog. In the summer it may get to hot for the dog. Dogs cannot take temperatures that are too hot. Remember they don't sweat to cool off - they pant. And panting can only cool them off just a little. So if a dog gets too hot they can suffer brain damage.
In the winter - it may get too cold. If it gets to well below freezing - it's not fair to the dog, their ears can freeze if they're not provided with a heated shelter. Are you willing to provide that?
If they're an inside dog - you have to walk it a couple of times a day. Especially after it eats and drinks. Eating and drinking triggers a dog's bowel movements - so you have to get them outside as soon as possible. Either that or expect a mound on your floor.
So who's going to walk your dog in the morning, Afternoon, Evening and at night?
Who's going to walk your dog in the rain, wind, freezing cold, snow, icy rain, thunderstorms, fog?
What if you're sick? Who's going to walk it?
What if you're on Holiday? Who's going to walk it?
What if you want to go out with friends? Who's going to walk it?
When you own a dog, the dog comes first.
==============================...
Next let's talk about Food.
You're going to have to provide food for your Dog - as a puppy he'll need special food for a while. Than as he gets older he'll switch to a more adult food.
So you have to think about what kind of food you'll get for it.
Do you know how much Dog-food costs now?
Is your puppy going to be a BIG dog or a little dog?
The BIGGER the dog, the more food they eat.
Who's going to buy all the dog food?
And what about Treats? Doggie bones? Chewies? Most of us dog-owners always give our dog's treats - especially when we're training our dogs. They all cost money. Sometimes a lot!
Who's going to pay for it.
==============================...
Healthcare.
Remember there's no National Healthcare for Dogs.
You'll pay for all your dog's healthcare.
When they're puppies, they need a lot of immunization shots - and I mean a lot of them. All are usually required. And if you don't get them, especially when they're a puppy, Your dog will probably come down with one of those diseases - like Distemper - and die rather quickly.
I know a few people who "forgot" to get their puppy's shots - and because these diseases are so prevalent amoung animals everything - and people touch animals and then everyone loves to touch a puppy - it's easy for a puppy to catch Distemper. Very Easy. very, very easy.
And Puppies need a series of immunization shots - then every year they need booster shots. I usually pay about $100 every year for my dog's shots. Every year.
Then will your dog need grooming? If your puppy comes from a long hair breed - and that hair keeps growing - you'll need to get it groomed about every 6 weeks. Grooming costs more money.
==============================...
Do you have all this money for Healthcare?
Do you have all this money for Food?
Do you have all the money for Shelter?
==============================...
For you to be a RESPONSIBLE Dog Owner - you must think ahead -
Owning a dog is not a simple thing. You just can't pick up a puppy off the street.
Like I said above - you have to provide Shelter, Food and healthcare -
And the most important thing that I haven't listed as yet -
The most important thing you have to provide for your dog is TIME.
Time to Love your dog.
Time to Play with your dog.
Time to Be With your dog.
Time to Be There For your dog.
In return, your dog will give you Unconditional Love and Trust for its entire Lifetime - which may be close to 15 Years.
Are you prepared to do all things?
If not, please pass on the dog for a few years. Wait until your life is more settled down. Wait until you own your own home, have a backyard, have a fenced backyard.
You'll appreciate your dog more - and your dog will appreciate you more.
Ken
