My dog was vomiting for a few days so we took him to the vet on Saturday %26 they did blood work. Vomiting has pretty much stopped but today the vet called me %26 told me that this level is up in his blood %26 indicates liver function...he has to be retested in 3-4 weeks, and vet thinks the elevated level may be due to the vomiting (vomit did not contain any bile or blood-just chunks of undigested food %26 saliva). Should I be worried?

I would go to a second vet, let them "figure it out" themselves, let them know about the vomiting and go from there. I think a recheck in FOUR weeks is a little rediculous...IMHO...
