Fastest way to get a puppy tired?

I am going to have people over and only have about 20 minutes to get all the crazy energy out of my pup. Does any one have any good ideas? I would hate to have her be in her crate if she doesn't have to be.
Answers:
play a fast, repetive game of fetch, over and over again, don't stop! big fun for the dog, and usually the repetive play wears them out faster than a walk or trip to the yard.

Give her a bone or a stuffed Kong to work on when you have guests to keep her busy with a legal outlet.
run her around like crazy!
run hard and give him lots of stimulation ---like a fun toy or something to play with and chase.
play with her but make her use all of her energy and make her as tired as u can
Just roughhouse with her and play tug of war.
Play, play, play. Take her outside and have her run around and what not. It might work, it might not. It just really depends on how high energy you puppy really is.
Do you have a rope for tug o war? Try that or just running it around the house. Do you have a rawhide? Usually my dogs will greet the people but if they have a rawhide the soon forget them and go to chew it.
You can give her toys for playing actively, then leave it alone. After that she may be ready for a nap in the crate.
Well, a puppy is a puppy and sometimes they seem to have an endless supply of energy. Playing with her for awhile will surely help, but you never know. Also, a crate might be good because then it'll help to calm the puppy down and might even show her it's nap time. My dog always slept in her crate when she was a puppy. Hope it works out!
Take her out for a run or play a games with her. Try throwing a ball and getting her to run after it and bring it back
Well with my dog the easiest way would be to throw like a tennis ball to her so she could bring it back until she gets tired and lays down or something
Find something to play "fetch" with your dog- for as LONG as your arm holds out... -that's your ONLY hope, in the time allotment you have...
A flirtpole!
It's something you can make. It's essentially a toy on a stick lol! Great exercise for the dog and doesn't make you get over exhausted either.
Take her for a run
well suthing u can do is keep giving water and put it in a dark room with one lite dont ask!!
When my dog was little, I used to read her from the Bible. She always fell asleep almost immediately.
Play games that make your dog run around. A good learning game is get every family member in a big circle with some treates. Take turns calling your puppy. As soon as your puppy comes to the person that called them, give a little treat and say good dog; then someone else calls the puppy. They run and get a lot of love and reinforecment. It also teaches them to come, no matter who in the family calls them.
Avoid chasing the laser light. That game wore my dog out as a puppy, but also started an obsessive compulsive behavior to chase shaddows when he's bored. He's six and still turns onto shaddows when he's bored. Oops.
