They are NEVER going to be cheap. The cheapest I have seen is $1300 and the Vet bills will be right along side of that.

These are not cheap dogs to breed and need to be artificially inseminated and then c-section this cost a great deal of money hence the high price.

Never cheap, and never worth the money. I still haven't figured out the fascination with them...as they really don't do anything...well, except get sick...
They aren't cheap, you can look to rescues but still will be a couple hundred at least. The breed is also not cheap to maintain there are many health issues that can come up, and even simple things that other dogs might go through can be much worse in a bulldog (illnesses I'm talking about) but if you are able and willing to spend the money to maintain one they are awesome dogs. I live in NY and have not seen one in a shelter anywhere in the state for less than $400 and alot of them that end up in shelters are there b/c they got a little older and the people that bought them decided they didn't want to keep up with the growing vet bills. Please research carefully.
