I just got a miniature Schnauzer 2 month old puppy this morning and right now its falling aslee, i've never had any other dogs so id ont know much but im watching ht epuppy sleep and i think he's breathing kind of fast a bit close to 2 time sper second, is this weird?

nope its two months so its getting use to breathing and also no one cleans their noses so its a bit harder to breath but dont worry its going to be okay. just touch it it was probably havig a exciting dream

Its normal for smaller dogs to breathe fast.
They also do it if they are hot.
